Hours
Full time permanent role based on a 37.5 hour working week. This position supports a smarter working policy with 2 days per week in the office and 1 day spent within a local office.
Salary
£56,713 - £59,698 per annum
About the Role
Working from our vibrant and modern office space in the heart of Hatton Garden, you will lead a customer-facing team delivering outstanding service to residents. As Service Charge Team Manager, you will ensure rent and service charge accounts are accurate, fair, and transparent. Your responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of specialists to provide a seamless MTVH experience, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across IT systems with strong reporting and analysis, setting service charges and heating charges in line with legislation and contractual obligations, managing service charge budgets and forecasts, and championing service charge payers by resolving issues and driving service improvements. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent and fair processes for residents.

Experience
Proven experience in service charge management, housing or residential property management. Experience in budget management and preparing legal documentation for tribunals is essential.

Qualifications
