About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join Centrepoint on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality services to support young people experiencing homelessness. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with organisational standards and statutory requirements, managing staff performance, and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Experience
Proven experience in a management role within the social care or housing sector, preferably working with young people or vulnerable adults. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.

About you
Committed to supporting young people facing homelessness, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a positive team culture. A proactive and solution-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in social care, housing, or a related field is desirable. Evidence of continuous professional development and management training is advantageous.
