About the Role
The post-holder will have an educational supervisor and be supported to follow the faculty development framework. There is an expectation of participation in novel and longitudinal project work with encouragement to present work at local, national, and potentially international simulation conferences. You will be supported to conceptualise, design, and conduct simulation-based research with guidance from the Simulation Research Lead, Faculty Development Leads, and the wider simulation team through regular research lab sessions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in innovative medical education and simulation research within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
Experience
Experience in medical education, simulation, or healthcare-related research is desirable. Prior involvement in project work or academic presentations is advantageous.
