Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably within mental health or emergency psychiatric services. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage clinical teams effectively.

Committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Relevant post-registration qualifications or leadership training are desirable.
