About the Role
The Site Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and processing of data across multiple systems. This key position supports Ingeus’ growth by maintaining precise data reporting to inform decision making. Based at our Vauxhall Assessment Centre, you will work on a hybrid basis and play a vital role in daily operations.
Key responsibilities include making courtesy calls to claimants while ensuring GDPR compliance, facilitating special claimant requests such as translators, maintaining and actioning changes in the daily PRS diary, managing the arrivals board with accurate slot uploads weekly, and collaborating with the Senior Site Coordinator to shape PRS diaries. You will also support the local Assessment Centre as business needs arise and deputise for the Senior Site Coordinator during periods of leave. Full training will be provided for current requirements.
Experience
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

- IT literate with competency in Word and Excel
- Fluent English communication skills, able to interact clearly and professionally via telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively both independently and within a team
- Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to undertake ad hoc duties such as supporting other teams or covering Senior Site Coordinator responsibilities
Qualifications
You will be required to successfully obtain BPSS security clearance to undertake this position.
