About the Role
Arcus FM is recruiting a proactive and detail-driven Site Inspector to join the Account Management team, supporting a leading national client. This role involves taking ownership of a wide-ranging inspection programme across approximately 2,000 railway arch sites annually. You will conduct building condition surveys, identify defects and areas for improvement, and recommend remedial actions to maintain high standards and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include recording and reporting findings using internal systems, capturing utility data such as meter readings, reviewing energy usage especially at unoccupied or underused sites, and ensuring tenant documentation compliance. You will also identify and address any misuse of sites, carry out pre-handover inspections, and scope necessary remedial works. Close collaboration with tenants to arrange visits and ensure accurate, timely data collection is essential.

Experience
Proven experience across multiple trades (essential). Experience in building surveys and remedial reporting (desirable). Strong background in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications
NVQ, City & Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade (preferred).
