About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will manage a diverse caseload involving care planning, court work and supporting vulnerable adolescents. You will undertake high-quality assessments and develop effective care plans, deliver creative interventions that promote positive outcomes for children in care, and work closely with partners across education, health and other services. You will also contribute to a learning culture within the team and support less experienced colleagues. Your role is key in ensuring services meet the needs of Camden’s diverse community while working within statutory frameworks and best practice guidelines.
