Responsibilities include implementing custom user interfaces using the latest programming techniques and technologies, analyzing and optimizing code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and providing feedback to peers during code reviews. You will set direction and goals for teams, lead major initiatives, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and help onboard new team members. Additionally, you will architect efficient and scalable systems that drive complex applications, identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, and lead efforts to reduce technical debt. The role involves working with a variety of coding languages and technologies and establishing ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Programming experience in relevant languages such as C, C++, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, or Hack
- Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
- Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
- Experience building large-scale applications or similar experience
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact such as efficiency gains and quality improvements
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development including prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, and staying current with emerging AI technologies
