About the Role
The post holder must be flexible and adaptable to change, prepared to embrace workforce developments and contribute to efficient service delivery through the highest standards of safe, kind and compassionate care. The department actively supports extended training, with radiographers and sonographers currently undertaking Post-graduate Diploma and Master qualifications, as well as advanced practice MSK, MSK interventional and Thyroid FNA training. There is also support for paediatric and musculoskeletal training for those interested. The role offers opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment and includes a 20% HCA allowance.
Experience
Recent NHS experience is required. Graduate ultrasound experience is desirable but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Diploma in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent qualification (e.g. DMU, Pg Dip, MSc). HCPC registration or registration with the Register of Clinical Technologists (RCT) is essential.
