If so, you could be a Specialist Housing Officer, here at Peabody, helping our vulnerable residents to live happily in the place they call home, whilst working with them to help maintain their tenancy and strive to be a good and considerate neighbour. You'll provide a high-quality management service, acting as association ambassadors, building positive relationships with residents, licensees and their care and support providers. You'll take responsibility for your own 'residential patch' across our properties in London, aiming for ' right first time' resolution of tenancy and estate issues. Our purpose is to help our vulnerable tenants live well, independently and flourish. To be successful in this role. you're: Experienced of working in a housing management, such as estate services, maintenance and the enforcement of tenancy agreements. Able to provide advice around Housing and Welfare Benefits. Able to work within a challenging customer service environment, be able to communicate at all levels, show understanding and be mindful of all situations. Experienced working with IT systems to monitor performance. Able to work under pressure and multi-task to prioritise to meet the needs of residents? This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
