About the Role
This Specialist Pharmacist role focuses on Palliative and End of Life Care within the NHS. The successful candidate will provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for patients requiring palliative care. Experience
Experience in clinical pharmacy, preferably within palliative or end of life care settings, is highly desirable. Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and provide specialist pharmaceutical advice.

Qualifications
