About the Role
Ingeus is seeking a Specialist Supply Chain Lead to manage spot purchase suppliers delivering services to participants on the Restart Scheme in Central and West London. You will ensure partners meet performance and contract expectations while providing a high-quality service to participants. Key responsibilities include account management of partners, monitoring contracts, managing compliance and due diligence processes, and financial reconciliation of invoices. You will act as the first line of support for partners, addressing queries, managing communications, and facilitating understanding of service offerings to internal teams.
As the Specialist Supply Chain Lead, you will provide operational support to Spot Purchase Supply Chain Partners, deliver expert advice on operational processes, and serve as the main point of contact for contractual matters. You will support the Integration and Operations teams to achieve divisional objectives and implement improvement plans. Ensuring providers comply with compliance expectations and information security standards by liaising with Compliance, Audit, and Information Security teams is essential.
You will ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and value-for-money principles. Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of specialist providers to align with programme goals is key. You will manage the partner financial reconciliation process and invoice control alongside corporate team members and collaborate with internal teams to integrate spot purchase services seamlessly into operational delivery. A focus on continuous improvement of processes and operating practices is expected.
Experience
Strong understanding of spot purchase mechanisms and agile commissioning models. Proven stakeholder engagement and contract management skills. Experience working autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Keen attention to detail with a strong understanding of contractual obligations and the importance of accurate CRM database information. Excellent presentation, listening, and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and deliver results effectively.
