About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Waterloo store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.

OB Store Managers will:
- Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
- Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring personal and store objectives are met.
- Conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner, setting SMART goals.
- Communicate any development or training issues to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
- Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times.
- Make sure the team always adhere to OB operational standards.
- Maintain an approachable yet authoritative communication style consistent with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
