About the Role

You will be accountable for supporting and growing white-labelled products strategic partnerships, focusing on revenue, growth, and market share. Your role involves maintaining strong relationships internally and externally, working closely with Financial Services partners to deliver joint goals and KPIs, and providing regular reporting and insights on partner performance. You will plan management aligned with division objectives, collaborate across teams to drive partnership agreements and plans, develop new partnership opportunities, and contribute to the team’s effectiveness.
Your strong commercial acumen, contract management skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities will be essential in navigating a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and delivering on challenging targets to drive the overall performance success of the function.

Experience
Proven experience working within Financial Services, including exposure to white-labelled partnership models. Demonstrable ownership and management of commercial performance, including accountability for profit and loss (P&L) outcomes and delivery against defined financial targets. Experience managing commercial contracts, including negotiation, implementation, and ongoing performance oversight. Evidence of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, including clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional and senior stakeholders. Track record of delivering agreed objectives in complex or ambiguous environments, including adapting plans and resolving issues to achieve outcomes.

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial services, particularly in managing white-labelled partnerships and driving revenue growth. You possess exceptional commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and contract management experience.
