JOB TITLE: Strategic Project Manager
SALARY: £61,641 to £72,000
LOCATION: Bristol or Halifax
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites (Bristol or Halifax).

CVM is the analytics and interactions team at the heart of the Chief Customer Office (CCO), where we utilise data to optimise the customer experience. Personalisation is a key programme of activity which seeks to transform our customer interactions by pre-empting customer needs and creating a personalised experience across a range of aspects including pricing; customer services; credit risk and fraud. In so doing, we aim to deliver superior customer satisfaction and greater depth of relationships with our customers.

You'll be involved in:
Establishing collaborative working relationships with key partners to align, drive and deliver plans and shared objectives.
Maintaining and identify clear priorities for your cross-functional team, ensuring the most valuable opportunities are delivered first
Demonstrating insight and utilise analytics to motivate change across CCO/LBG to improve Commercial and customer outcomes
Working with analytical teams, deliver relevantyou insight which influences the business to adopt such recommendations
Taking the lead in understanding the broader impact the value growth cells are having on our channels, products and customers
Supporting cross cell ways of working finding opportunities to improve to drive process & culture improvement
Playing a key role in pan-cell strategic priorities, joining dots across teams and making change happen
Taking the lead in embedding new capability & opportunities across themes to ensure adoption, value and customer engagement optimised
Improving the return from LBG budget and resource, using ROI / value or appropriate measures, across activity and channel, ensuring no activity runs at a loss without outstanding agreement
For this role you will need:
Experience as a Project Manager or Change Manager or similar
Strong collaboration skills, building and cultivating trusted, diverse relationships
Data analysis and using data to drive decision making
Organisational and planning skills
Marketing expertise and channels experience
Consistent track record of delivery
Managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
