About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Safety Compliance Manager to join Peabody's Building Safety team. You will lead client-side oversight of consultant appointments for structural inspections and surveys, providing expert input to support Safety Case Reports, Building Assessment Certificate applications, and Gateway submissions under the Building Safety Act regime. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help deliver safe, compliant homes and maintain our Golden Thread of Information. This role requires attendance at the office a minimum of two days per week to facilitate meetings and collaboration.

You will provide technical input for Safety Case Reports and Gateway submissions, manage structural safety risks including those related to Large Panel System (LPS) buildings, and contribute to maintaining accurate building information. Collaboration with internal teams such as Repairs, Fire Remediation, and Asset Management is essential to embed structural safety across all interventions, while liaising with the Building Safety Regulator and other external stakeholders.
