About the Role
Are you a highly skilled and experienced tradesperson looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for leadership and a track record of excellence in your trade? We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will oversee and guide a team of dedicated tradespeople, utilising your expertise to ensure quality workmanship and productivity. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while delivering right first-time repairs with excellent customer service.

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, so you should be people-centric and able to lead your team to deliver high-quality repairs. You will liaise with planning and customer service staff, maintain relationships with surveying staff and repairs officers, and help ensure compliance across all operations.

Experience
- Proven experience as a qualified/skilled tradesperson in carpentry, plumbing, general building, roofing, or similar trades.
- Good knowledge of repairs and maintenance in a social housing environment.
- Experience in managing Health and Safety within a social housing repairs context.
- Experience using multiple business IT applications and databases, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience handling complaints and collating information from stakeholders, including CRM management.

Qualifications
