About the Role
Join Sainsbury's Nectar360 & Argos team as a Supplier Analytics Analyst, working closely with decision makers to drive media and consultancy propositions for GM clients. Nectar360 powers the UK's largest loyalty programme with 18 million members. This role offers the opportunity to propose and develop new commercial opportunity roadmaps and insight propositions for Argos supplier clients, while delivering world-class customer insights to strategic tech and GM clients within the media business.

You will leverage Nectar and Argos data to personalise customer experiences and drive business impact, applying your analytical creativity and leadership skills. Reporting to a Lead Analyst, you will collaborate with retail consultancy and client service teams to grow relationships and revenue, working alongside retail and market research experts to deepen client understanding of customer behaviour.

Key responsibilities include identifying innovative analytical solutions, presenting insights to strategic clients, developing new commercial propositions, and ensuring outputs are accurate, actionable, and technically sound. You will act as an ambassador for the team within Nectar and client organisations, using strong communication skills to demonstrate the value of Nectar360 services and products.

This role is ideal for someone motivated by new challenges, who enjoys implementing ideas from inception to delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment with variety and complexity.
