About the Role
Do you have a passion for maintaining a safe and clean workplace? Do you enjoy leading a team and delivering excellent customer service? As a Service Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class Helpdesk, Portering, and Housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include planning, organising, and coordinating service operations to meet financial and performance targets. You will lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership, setting and maintaining high standards for yourself and your team. You will create and manage departmental schedules, deliver exceptional service within your area of responsibility, and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.

Maintaining a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards is essential. You will be expected to report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly to your manager.

Experience
Relevant experience in Healthcare Portering, Helpdesk, and supervising operations is required.
