About the Role
We are recruiting a Supported Employment Team Leader to deliver the Connect to Work programme, a national initiative funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. The programme provides personalised employment support for Lambeth residents with severe mental illness, disabilities, and long-term health conditions, using a high-fidelity Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
As Team Leader, you will lead a team of four IPS Employment Specialists, embedding IPS principles such as rapid job search, personalised support, and close integration with clinical services. You will oversee delivery aspects including supervision, fidelity monitoring, employer engagement, data compliance, and resident-centred outcomes. You will work closely with NHS primary and secondary care services, adult social care, and community organisations to ensure the service reaches those most in need and supports them to move into and sustain good work.
