About the Role
UNIQLO, a leading global fashion retailer, is seeking a Tailoring Specialist to join our Covent Garden store. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we provide exclusive repair services and are assembling a team of casual clothing enthusiasts with tailoring or clothing customization experience. You will deliver high-quality alterations including trousers, skirts, sleeves, and zipper repairs, as well as upcycling techniques such as Sashiko and downing. You will welcome customers warmly, understand their alteration or repair needs clearly, and ensure their requirements are met with exceptional service. You will also collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations, keep back of house areas tidy, and contribute to an outstanding overall store experience. Your role will help relay customer feedback to management to keep our business relevant and customer-focused.

Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in sewing and finishing.
