We support complex technology programmes across cloud, platform engineering, software engineering, data, AI, delivery, and managed services for customers in both public and private sectors. Since early 2026, Appvia has grown from 60 to 100 people, driven by new customer demand, expanded capabilities, and continued investment in our people.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join during this exciting period of growth and expansion. This is a hands-on, high-volume recruitment role owning delivery across multiple vacancies while contributing to the ongoing development of Appvia’s Talent Acquisition strategy, processes, reporting, employer brand, and hiring standards. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across engineering, delivery, product, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership to understand hiring needs, shape role requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires at pace.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will also work with People Operations to ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience, helping Appvia scale without compromising quality, culture, or standards. Joining as the fourth member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have a clear opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact.
