About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Step 3 Counsellor to join Allkind's Talking Therapies team. This role involves providing high-quality therapeutic support to clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and contribute to the overall wellbeing of service users. Experience
Experience in counselling or psychological therapies, preferably within a Step 3 or equivalent service. Proven ability to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Empathetic, professional, and committed to supporting individuals with mental health challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
Relevant counselling or psychotherapy qualification accredited by a recognised professional body. Registration with an appropriate professional organisation is desirable.
