About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking to make a real impact on young minds? When you join Kedleston Group, you can be certain that your work will have purpose and meaning. You will be supported professionally and personally to excel in your role and grow your career. You will have access to an attractive benefits package including health and well-being programmes with a free and confidential 24/7 helpline and counselling service, discounts on retail, travel, and leisure, a cycle to work scheme, and generous life cover.

Arc School Napton, part of Kedleston Group, offers primary provision in a small school setting within the Warwickshire countryside. We are committed to safeguarding and protecting children and expect all colleagues to share this commitment.
