Every day, our Team Leaders work hard to make sure their team and customers feel valued, confident, and special.

As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and mentoring staff to set them up for success
- Motivating the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets, with fantastic incentives and prizes to recognise success
- Supporting the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures
- Stepping in during the absence of the Store Manager to keep everything running smoothly
- Acting as a key holder to ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times
- Leading by example to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring your team does the same

Experience
Previous experience leading a team or an experienced sales advisor ready for the next step is preferred.

Qualifications
We believe in giving you the skills and training in perfume to succeed, so formal qualifications are not required.
