As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

What You Will Do:
- Coach and mentor staff, ensuring they are set up for success
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets, with fantastic incentives and prizes to recognise success
- Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures
- Step in during the absence of the Store Manager to keep everything running smoothly
- Act as a key holder, ensuring the store is opened and closed at the correct times
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your team does the same

Experience
Previous experience leading a team or an experienced sales advisor ready for the next step.
