About the Role
Hachette Learning is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams and external developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions for a range of internal and external products. The role requires a team-centric mindset, the ability to influence without authority, and the skill to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will manage product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, support QA processes, and collaborate with UX to enhance platform experiences. Additionally, you will build deep technical expertise of assigned platforms, act as a key point of contact for technical queries, maintain documentation, and support onboarding and training. Exploring AI-powered improvements and maintaining compliance with data protection processes will also be part of your responsibilities.
Experience
- Proven success as a Product Owner for digital products, ideally in SaaS environments
- Track record of delivering web-based and mobile products
- Experience working in Agile environments, prioritizing product strategy and managing conflicting priorities
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with CRM (especially Creatio), CMS, learning or assessment platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of the EdTech market and AI tools is advantageous
