Experience
Proven experience in user research, including designing and conducting studies, usability testing, and data analysis.

Qualifications
A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in user research methodologies are advantageous.
