About the Role
Are you passionate about helping young people gain meaningful work experience? Southwark College is seeking a proactive and organised Work Placement Officer to coordinate impactful placements for students across our study programmes. You will work closely with employers and students, visiting employer premises and conducting one-to-one sessions with students to ensure their work experience is valuable and provides insight into their chosen careers. Experience
Experience working with young people or in education is desirable. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders is important.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in education, youth work, or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop professionally is expected.
