About the Role
As a Workplace Delivery Officer at Ofgem, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and reliable environment that supports colleagues across our London office to perform at their best. You will be part of the Estates Function, delivering an engaging workplace where people have the environment and support they need to work effectively. This permanent role involves maintaining a consistently positive workplace experience through regular walkthroughs, problem-solving, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

You will provide a visible front of house service, supporting colleagues and visitors with queries and requests, and ensuring workplace services run smoothly with minimal disruption. Your responsibilities will include operational tasks such as post handling, stock management, issuing building passes, and supporting health & safety and sustainability initiatives.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering quality customer service in an approachable and professional manner.
- Ability to work under own initiative to organise and prioritise a changing workload.
- IT proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.

About you
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and a practical approach to resolving workplace issues.
- Approachable and confident in managing a varied and changing workload.
- Willingness to undertake First Aid and Incident Control Manager training within 3 months of appointment if not already trained.

Qualifications
- First Aid and Incident Control Manager trained (or willing to complete training as above).
- Desirable: Facilities management and contract management experience.
- Desirable: Health and safety experience.
