About the Role
As a Workplace Venues Specialist at Wise, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our workplace venues to ensure they meet the needs of our teams and support our dynamic work culture. You will be responsible for overseeing venue operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional workplace experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to venue management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to create inspiring and efficient work environments.

Experience
Proven experience in workplace or venue management, facilities coordination, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is advantageous.
