Candidates selected commit to participating in both summer experiences as part of a single recruiting and hiring pathway. The London Capital Markets practice advises on a broad range of transactions including high yield note issuances, acquisition financings, investment grade debt offerings, IPOs, and other complex capital markets matters. This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with lawyers across US and European offices and gain exposure to the firm’s global platform. During your time in London, you will also meet US-based 2L Summer Law Clerks during their visit to London for structured programming, training, and networking events. Following your 1L summer, you will remain engaged with the firm through programming designed to prepare you for your 2L summer in the US. Upon successful completion, participants will return as a 2L Summer Law Clerk in summer 2028 in Houston, New York, or Washington, D.C. The interview process includes attorneys from both London and US offices. This program is an exceptional opportunity to develop global legal expertise within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
