About the Role
We are pleased to announce that applications for our EMEA Athletes Programme have now opened. This programme offers a tailored pathway for professionals seeking to start their next chapter at Goldman Sachs. New for 2027, we have expanded our talent pipelining to include athletes alongside career breakers and military leavers. This initiative is a strategic realignment of our existing Returnship® and Veterans Integration Programme, broadening our reach to professionals from non-traditional backgrounds.

During this 10-week paid placement, participants will immerse themselves in the firm's day-to-day activities, utilising vast resources and connecting with senior leaders. Mentorship opportunities will be provided throughout the programme, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience and learn from industry experts.

Experience
Athletes who have competed at regional, national, and/or international levels for a minimum of 24 months.

About you
Retired from sport within the last 24 months (as of January 11, 2025). Motivated to transition into a professional career and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, a strong commitment to personal and professional development is essential.
