About the Role
The Informa Graduate Fellowship Scheme is a dedicated two-year programme designed to accelerate your career by providing diverse experiences across different businesses and roles aligned to your interests. The scheme includes four six-month placements, with the opportunity for an international placement in one of Informa’s global hubs. Potential areas of placement include Event Operations, Marketing, Conference Production, Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Digital Product Management, Sustainability, and more. You will benefit from a comprehensive welcome and immersion programme, introductions to senior leaders, a personal mentor from senior leadership, a buddy from within the graduate scheme, and ongoing support from the Graduate Programme Manager. This scheme offers a vibrant and supportive graduate community and full eligibility for Informa’s UK benefits and support package. Throughout the programme, you will work on live projects, receive training, and build networks to help secure a permanent role within Informa upon completion. Previous work experience in any setting is valuable but not required. We value skills developed through studies, work experience, volunteering, or extra-curricular activities.

About you
- A graduate or prospective graduate from any background or area of study with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Collaborative team player with examples of working effectively with others to achieve shared goals
- Interest in digital tools and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Curious and eager to learn quickly in new teams, topics, and environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work across varied tasks
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident to take ownership while learning from others

Qualifications
Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent from any discipline. No specific qualifications required beyond this, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
