About the Role

As part of Global Support, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across various business teams including tech, finance, legal, HR, and more, working collaboratively to help the company succeed.
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office and focuses on executive reward management. Key responsibilities include drafting the Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR) ensuring compliance and continual improvement, preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo), supporting the design and delivery of Short-Term Incentive Plans (STIPs) and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), and assisting with other equity plans such as Share Incentive Plan (SIP) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
You will contribute to job levelling and global career framework design, provide insights on reward market practices, support M&A due diligence on compensation arrangements, and act as a trusted advisor on executive reward and governance. Additionally, you will educate and coach the wider reward and HR teams, and build strong collaborative relationships across the business including Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive compensation consulting or an in-house role within a FTSE listed company. Experience working with a PLC Remuneration Committee is essential. Extensive knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor guidelines, remuneration reporting regulations, UK Corporate Governance Code, and executive pay trends is required. Deep expertise in global reward, executive compensation, and incentive planning design, preferably with M&A experience. Experience with key reward programmes that drive effective behaviours and understanding of IFRS2 accounting regulations and Monte Carlo / Black Scholes models.
Global mobility and reward business partner experience are desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant degree or professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) or equivalent professional membership.
