About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at Steve Madden within Westfield White City, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will efficiently manage stock through pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining high standards to support smooth store operations. Keeping the shop floor tidy and replenished, you will help maintain store standards and support your management team in achieving individual and team sales targets. You will also provide information about the Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and assist in planning promotional activities. As a brand ambassador, you will adhere to uniform standards and regularly participate in training to confidently represent the brand.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required. Strong communication skills and an understanding of excellent customer service are essential.
