Experience
Have a flair for design with great creativity and imagination. Be able to produce high-quality work to targets and tight deadlines. Constantly research trends, new materials, trims, and colour palettes and show understanding of how they can be applied to the collections. Competitor product research. Support your Designer in working closely with the Buying Team to ensure fit and aesthetics meet brand requirements. Support your Designer in developing customer and market-focused collections. Work effectively with suppliers to ensure the design critical path is adhered to at all times. Develop excellent relationships with other relevant Head Office departments.

About you
Ability to offer original ideas to evolve brand best sellers. Display excellent attention to detail. Strong skills in sketching and completing detailed technical drawings using Illustrator and Photoshop as relevant. Produce detailed specs and design modifications. General administration skills including keeping samples organised and displaying the collection for meetings. Maintain a sample tracker throughout the development process. Willingness to undertake any other reasonable responsibilities as deemed by your Line Manager.
