About the Role
Kurt Geiger is an inclusive, creative footwear and accessories brand inspired by the energy and diversity of London. We are seeking a Part Time Stock Controller to maintain stockroom areas to company standards and support the sales team in delivering high/luxury customer service.

The role involves taking ownership of all stock-related duties across all departments in store, including Ladies, Mens, Kids, and Online, adapting to the dynamic needs of the business daily.

Key responsibilities include maintaining immaculate housekeeping standards in the stockroom, controlling communication between shop floor and back of house teams via instore radios, and ensuring stock is correctly shelved by brand, colour, alphabet, and size order in compliance with Manual Handling Regulations.

You will assist with stock takes, keep stockrooms clean and tidy, support branch interior and display housekeeping, and uphold company and branch security procedures to protect stock.

Maintaining a professional manner on the shop floor, adhering to the company dress code, and supporting all departments as required to ensure smooth branch operations are essential aspects of this role.

Additional duties include monitoring key performance indicators such as stock accuracy, absence, lateness, and investigating missing stock to support business efficiency.

Experience
Previous experience working within a fast-paced stockroom role is essential.
