Our All Age Disability (AAD) Service is looking for passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join our amazing team and help make a meaningful impact today.

You will play a key part in delivering high-quality, strength-based social care to children and young adults aged 0–25 with learning disabilities and complex needs. Your work will include:
- Carrying out Care Act and Children and Families Act assessments
- Developing outcome-focused support plans
- Delivering interventions that safeguard, empower, and promote independence
- Working within an innovative 0–25 model that blends children’s and adults’ legislation
- Collaborating with small, supportive teams with manageable caseloads
- Benefiting from reflective group supervision, clinical advice, comprehensive training, and strong administrative support
- Promoting the effective use of assistive technology to enhance independence and quality of life

We work as a team with supportive peers and managers. The AAD service will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of Social Work, ensuring no two days are the same.

This is a permanent post requiring an Enhanced Adults’ and Children’s (Barred) Disclosure and Barring Service check. Requirements

Experience
Experience in social work practice, ideally with children, young adults, or individuals with disabilities. Strong assessment and planning skills with the ability to navigate complex cases.
