About the Role
ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a talented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team on a permanent basis. You will support ClearScore's continued growth across the UK, South Africa, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, working across all business units including ClearScore, DriveScore, and D One. This role involves ownership of the day-to-day processing of financial information across our global operations to ensure the smooth running of the accounts payable function. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end purchase order process, processing supplier invoices, preparing weekly payment runs, performing bank and supplier reconciliations, and acting as the primary contact for employee and supplier queries related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments. You will also maintain and improve financial controls that scale with the business and support the employee expense reimbursement process to ensure compliance with company policy. ClearScore offers funding towards accounting qualifications (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) and significant learning opportunities through close collaboration with the finance team.

Our Hybrid Model
We embrace a dynamic hybrid work environment balancing flexibility with collaborative in-person experiences. Levels 1-5 require a minimum of 2 days per week in-office, while Level 6 and above require a minimum of 3 days per week. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with accounts payable processing software such as Tipalti and/or Sage Intacct is advantageous.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required to start; however, ClearScore will fund study towards accounting qualifications such as AAT, CIMA, or ACCA.
