You’ll help support the systems, processes, content and operational tooling that enable Customer Operations to deliver a great experience for millions of ClearScore users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or someone looking to develop new skills in systems, operational improvement, project delivery, automation and operations. If you enjoy learning new tools, solving problems and finding better ways of doing things, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of operational processes, procedures and documentation.
- Drafting and updating customer-facing and internal content, including Help Centre articles, macros and knowledge resources.
- Assisting with Customer Operations projects by documenting requirements, supporting implementation activities and helping coordinate changes.
- Supporting testing and validation of process and system updates before they are released.
- Investigating operational issues and helping identify potential solutions and improvements.
- Working closely with Customer Support teams and internal stakeholders to ensure content, processes and ways of working remain accurate and up to date.
- Learning how Customer Operations systems, workflows and tooling work together to support our users.
- Contributing ideas and recommendations that improve efficiency, consistency and customer experience.
