About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team at ClearScore Technology Limited. Data Scientists play a key role in driving strategy and decision-making at all levels, benefiting our users, partners, and teams across the organisation. You will join the growing Global Targeting team, working to enhance the ClearScore user experience through improved dynamic content targeting and prioritisation. Your role will involve delivering data science and machine learning solutions across various use cases, business areas, and markets, directly supporting the Global Targeting mission and enabling the organisation to realise its overall strategy.

ClearScore is the UK's leading consumer credit marketplace and a free credit score and report service. Our analytical community includes Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers who collaborate closely, sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices to maximise business impact and personal development.

Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end development of data science and machine learning solutions in multiple markets to improve user experience through data-driven targeting; interpreting and communicating predictive model outputs to support stakeholder decision-making; deploying solutions into production and monitoring ongoing model performance; contributing to improved model build, maintenance, and optimisation processes; responsibly integrating new tools and approaches, including AI, to boost productivity; and developing your craft over the full model lifecycle with team support.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience in data science or related roles, with strong Python and SQL skills.
- Solid foundational understanding of statistical, machine learning, or other modelling techniques and their appropriate application.
- Experience working with predictive models and communicating complex analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
