About the Role
We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Locality Team. This team works with individuals aged over 18, supporting those within the community who may have Learning Disabilities (LD), Physical Disabilities (PD), Mental Health (MH) difficulties, or could be older persons. The team is required to carry out face-to-face assessments, Care Act 2014 assessments, and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments. This is a long-term case holding team that prides itself on being friendly and welcoming.

Experience
A minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required, along with a Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW. Experience of working with individuals aged 65+, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and/or in a hospital setting is essential.

About you
You will be responsible for completing the necessary assessments in relation to Adult Social Care. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals in the community.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications beyond a Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW are required, but relevant experience is essential.
