About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Children Social Worker to join a Child in Need Team within a family safeguarding children's service. This team is committed to protecting children and young people, managing cases transferred from DAAT at the initial child protection conference or child in need meeting. The team offers a supportive in-house structure with regular supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and effective case management.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years permanent experience in Local Authority based Social Work is essential. Experience working in Front Door, Children in Need, or Child Protection teams is required.

About you
You will be passionate about safeguarding children and young people, able to work effectively within a team, and committed to delivering high-quality social work practice. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Qualifications
A recognised social work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required.
