About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our MASH Assessments Team. In this role, you will handle a variety of referrals, making informed decisions to determine the appropriate services for children and their families. You will take incoming referral calls and use your frontline experience to ensure the correct outcomes are achieved. This position offers the opportunity to progress your court experience while working within a supportive team environment. Parking is available on site.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in frontline and assessment work, including child protection and referral and assessment teams.

About you
Knowledge and experience working within frontline teams is essential. You must be able to make sound judgements regarding the needs of children and families based on your experience.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and current Social Work England registration. Access to your own vehicle is required.
