About the Role
We are seeking a Social Worker to join an Adult's Rapid Response Team specialising in community-based work. This team provides an initial contact service for people in the community who require support. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment focusing on short-term interventions to initiate long-term care solutions, crisis intervention, organising respite services, and completing placement assessments. A positive attitude, proactive working style, and ability to work to strict timescales are essential. The team offers minimal caseholding and operates within a supportive management structure. The role is easily accessible by car or public transport and provides an excellent opportunity to further enhance your safeguarding experience.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in a community-based Social Work team is essential.

About you
Extensive experience in community social work with strong person-centred working skills. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications
Social Work qualification required (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
