About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Referral and Assessment Team, the first point of contact for all new referrals to the social work service. This team plays a vital role in ensuring individuals, families, and communities receive timely and appropriate support tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include receiving, screening, and assessing referrals to determine the level of need and the most suitable service response. This involves conducting safeguarding assessments, coordinating early help, and connecting individuals to community-based resources or specialist services. Parking is available nearby, and this role offers a great opportunity to develop your skill set and enhance your professional experience.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in social work is essential.

About you
You are a motivated and skilled social worker with a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and families. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are not essential but would be advantageous.

Qualifications
A recognised Social Work qualification such as Degree, DipSW, or CQSW is required to be considered for this role.
