About the Role
We are seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Home Treatment Team that supports vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties to reintegrate into the community. The team conducts face-to-face visits within the community, implements care plans, and carries out assessments. This role offers a hybrid working lifestyle, balancing remote work with office attendance. Parking is available nearby or onsite, and the location is accessible by public transport. You will receive 1 to 2 weeks of onboarding training to support your transition into the role.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. Experience working with dementia, mental health, older people, and physical disabilities is desirable.

About you
You will be responsible for carrying out necessary assessments related to adult social care, using strength-based approaches to creatively identify solutions that support individuals effectively.

Qualifications
Social Work Degree, DipSW, or CQSW qualification is required.
