About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team. This team supports children and young people with disabilities and their families, promoting their wellbeing, safety, and development. The role involves working within a multi-agency framework alongside health professionals, education providers, and therapists to deliver coordinated, child-centred support. Social workers carry out assessments under the Children Act 1989 and the Care Act 2014 (for transition planning), ensuring each child's individual needs, strengths, and aspirations are fully understood. Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in social work is essential.

About you
You will be a dedicated and experienced social worker with a passion for supporting children with disabilities and their families. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are not essential but would be advantageous.

Qualifications
A recognised social work qualification such as Degree, DipSW, or CQSW is required to be considered for this role.
