About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our Mental Health Social Work Team. The team provides person-centered support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and community services. Responsibilities include assessing individual needs, offering emotional and practical support, advocating for clients' rights, and assisting with access to essential resources such as housing, benefits, and therapy. The role involves collaborative care planning and crisis intervention to empower individuals towards stability, independence, and improved quality of life. Parking is available nearby.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in social work is essential, with specific experience in mental health social work required.

About you
You will hold a valid social work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and demonstrate a strong commitment to person-centered care. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are not essential but would be advantageous.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required.
